How to Use

1. Prepare Your Skin

• Choose a smooth, flat area on the back of your upper arm.
• Wash with fragrance-free, non-moisturizing soap and water, then dry completely.
• Clean with an alcohol pad and let the area air-dry.

2. Apply the Sensor

• Unscrew the applicator cap and do not replace it.
• Place the applicator flat against your skin and press firmly until it clicks.
• Slowly pull the applicator away.
• Press around the sensor’s adhesive edge to ensure it is secure.

3. Connect the App

• Download the official FreeStyle Libre 3 app.
• Sign in or create a LibreView account and turn on Bluetooth.
• Select Start/Scan New Sensor and hold your phone near the sensor.
• Allow the 60-minute warm-up period. Your glucose readings will then appear automatically.

4. Wear and Replace

• The FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor lasts up to 14 days; the Libre 3 Plus lasts up to 15 days.
• To replace it, peel up the adhesive edge and remove the sensor, then apply a new one to the opposite arm.
