Product Info: Rennie® Sugar Free tablets work in the usual fast way to relieve the symptoms of heartburn and indigestion, but without the sugar for those who need to monitor their sugar intake.
Rennie® Sugar Free tablets contain two antacids called calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate which neutralise excess stomach acid by turning it into water & other natural substances. Calcium carbonate acts directly in the oesophagus, as well as the stomach, and both antracids are then eliminated by your body.
Rennie is suitable for use in pregnancy or when breastfeeding if taken as instructed. However, if you are pregnant always talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any medicine.
How to Use: The usual dosage is one to two tablets, up to 3-4 times per day. This medicine is for adults only, it is not recommended for use in children and adolescents below age 18. Prolonged use should be avoided. Do not exceed the stated dose of maximum of eleven tablets a day. If symptoms persist after seven days further medical advice should be sought.
Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains calcium carbonate 680 mg, magnesium carbonate 80 mg, sorbitol (E420) amongst other ingredients - please see leaflet for more information.
